Q. How long will it take for me to get my ebook?
A. As soon as you purchase the book you will immediately see a download page appear so you will not have to wait at all. You will also have a back up link emailed to you.

Q. Do I need any special software to read an ebook?
A. Our ebooks are in Adobe PDF format. Most likely you already have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer already so you shouldn't have any trouble viewing the file.

Q. Can I print my ebook?
A. Yes, you can. Most people don't print out the entire book. They just print out selected pages that apply to them.

Q. I have an Apple computer. Will the ebook work on it?
A. Yes. PDF files work on both Apple and PC computers.
